Sales at Cumbernauld branch (Steven) great to deal with. Good customer care and engagement. We are very happy with our purchase.

Allan Mclay from the Livingston branch was very helpful. This made our visit a good experience and managed to choose our new mattress with quick delivery arranged.

Purchased a double mattress, for the price paid a good comfy mattress , also paid for two man delivery which didn't happen but this was very quickly resolved to my satisfaction, so happy days

The first mattress that was delivered was damaged with a slit in it, but was quickly returned and a replacement ordered, this was delivered yesterday and was completely fine. I was well informed of delivery times and the delivery company was excellent service.

I went in to the Uddingston branch and was greeted by Stevie. Stevie was excellent. He spent about an hour with us as we were making our first bed purchase in over 6 years, so we had lots of questions. Some of them we felt were stupid ones but he made us feel like even the daft questions were valid. In the end we got a frame, headboard, mattress, pillows and mattress protector at a really decent price. Cheers Stevie!

We were given time to look around first. We dealt with Tom. He was friendly but very professional. We actually cancelled part of our order which made us feel nervous about doing this but the even then the staff were polite and no pressure out on us. I would recommend archers any day as I felt valued as a customer

Good service. Patient with us going back and forth. Decent choice and decent prices. Home delivery within 4 days. No pushy sales pitch. Just plain good old service that you need when buying a new mattress.

The Team in the Dundee branch were great. Harry went above and beyond to deliver for us. Fast , efficient, informative and extremely helpful. Fabulous experience and we will recommend Archers Dundee to our family and friends. Well done Harry and the team in Dundee

I was made to feel very relaxed, he wasn'tpushy just very helpful, describing the different type of mattresses & allowing me some alone time, not breathing dwn my neck, in fact it was excellent service, wish I'd just bought my bed there too.

Bought a memory foam mattress , bed, furniture from them, never once did the salesman tell me to rotate my mattress, even although it’s 16 inches deep and extremely heavy , when I noticed it was sagging and had a deep dent in it . They sent out an INDEPENDENT COMPANY!! To check over and ACCORDING to him it is sagging but no deep enough for British standard , so basically there’s a big dent that I need to sleep in but not deep enough to replace , have found manager full of verbal rubbish, not interested in the least , couldn’t care less about losing a customer, shocking really

Staff were really helpful,with advising me of the right mattress for my elderly parents,when I picked it up they carried it out to my car for me,totally first class will be using them again in future

The staff at Archers where extremely helpful and very diligent, however there was confusion regarding delivery dates and times by their delivery partners (Panther), which resulted in delivery being delayed by a few date. Archers staff member Jo worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and communicated extremely well on behalf of Archers Sleep Centre.
